Simple Fresh Mango Salsa

Sweet and spicy, serve on top of fish or tacos, as a dip with chips or as a salad! Delish!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe mangos diced
  • 1/2 medium red pepper chopped
  • 1 large shallot chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and minced
  • juice of one large lime
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves chopped
  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon garlic salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients except garlic salt. Add 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt, stir well and taste for additional garlic salt or lime, to taste.
  • Let sit 10 minutes before serving. If you have a ripe avocado, you can add that as well right before serving - delicious! Enjoy!
