Spicy Beer Baked Shrimp

Oh this Spicy Beer Baked Shrimp! A super easy, no-mess, no-fuss quick and delicious dinner option for the warmer months! I LOVE seafood – it is my absolute favorite! Whenever I go out to eat I almost always order whatever the seafood special is for that evening. And although I do not cook a ton of seafood at home, there are a few tried and true recipes that I go to regularly. This is one of those recipes!
I cook the shrimp in the oven with a buttery spicy sauce on a sheet pan covered with foil, or in a disposable foil pan. The clean up is minimal. A pan and a measuring cup…love it! My kind of cleanup, especially in the summer!
We like to use peeled, large to extra large fresh shrimp from our local fish market. But you could certainly use frozen peeled shrimp from , say, Whole Foods or your favorite grocery store. You can easily adjust the spiciness. We make the shrimp slightly spicy at times, which is how the recipe is written. And then sometimes we like to kick up the heat a bit more by adding some extra cayenne pepper and/or hot sauce.
Serve this Spicy Beer Baked Shrimp alongside my Simply Perfect Oven Rice to soak up all those flavorful juices. Equally good with some orzo or my Vermicelli with Butter and Parmesan. Add a big green salad and some crusty French bread and you have the perfect dinner! So good!
