Red Pepper Ranch Dipping Sauce
Red Pepper Ranch Dipping Sauce is such a favorite in our house! We usually enjoy it with grilled pork tenderloin, yet it is equally delicious with grilled chicken or beef. Oven roasted potatoes are another option with this creamy, flavorful sauce.
The ingredients are easy to keep on hand as the simple recipe relies on a jar of roasted red peppers, a shallot, some sour cream and a packet of Hidden Valley ranch dressing. Now, I don’t cook with alot of “flavor packets”, but this is one of those old school recipes that is just tough to beat! I think I originally found a variation of this recipe years ago on a box of ranch dressing mix and took a chance on it. So glad I did as it has been a staple in our house for a very long time.
When you are at a loss for how to jazz up simple grilled or oven baked meat, this Red Pepper Ranch Dipping Sauce is your answer! So good!
